Cancellation Policy
Please note the following:
- Cancellations must be made by completing the cancellation form by January 30, 2009.
- Fax or mail is acceptable, as long as the cancellation form is received by 5:00 PM CST, January 30, 2009.
- Cancellations must be sent to the attention of Conference Registration, Steve Garren (fax or mail).
- Refunds will be issued via check for all cancellations received by January 30, 2009 at 5:00 PM CST, minus a $25.00 USD processing fee within 60 days of the online conference's conclusion.
- Notice of receipt of cancellation form will be delivered to the name and address on the form.
- Those registrants who do not attend the conference and do not contact the International Online Conference in writing in advance of January 30, 2009 to cancel their registrations are responsible in full for their registration fee and will be invoiced accordingly.
